Together with our technology partner audriga, we analyze your existing environment and develop an individual migration strategy – regardless of your starting platform.
Which data is transferred during migration?
Depending on the source system, nearly all relevant data can be transferred in full. This includes emails with their folder structure, calendars, contacts, tasks, notes, and – depending on the source system – mailbox rules, permissions, and other groupware data. The goal is a complete and traceable transfer of your existing work environment.
Will our staff have to expect longer downtime during the migration?
No. Structured project planning, pilot migrations, and proven migration processes keep downtime to an absolute minimum. In many projects, users can keep working as usual until shortly before the final switchover. The actual production migration is carried out in a planned and controlled way to avoid disrupting business operations wherever possible.
How do you make sure no data is lost during migration?
Data security is our top priority. Every migration is carefully planned, tested, and documented. Pilot migrations are carried out before the production migration, and the results are reviewed together. Only once all data has been transferred completely and correctly does the final switchover take place. This is how we guarantee a secure, traceable, and reliable migration.
